Cancellation policy.

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, necessitating the cancellation or rescheduling of your notary appointment. However, as a mobile notary service provider, we allocate time and resources to accommodate each appointment. Therefore, we kindly request adherence to the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Period: Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours notice before the scheduled appointment to cancel or reschedule without incurring any cancellation fees.

Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time or no-shows will be subject to a cancellation fee.

Cancellation Fee: A cancellation fee of $35.00 will be charged for appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or in the event of a no-show.

Rescheduling: Clients are welcome to reschedule their appointments without penalty, provided that they give at least 24 hours notice. Rescheduling within the 24-hour window will be considered a late cancellation and will incur the applicable cancellation fee.

Fee Payment: Cancellation fees must be paid within seven days of the canceled appointment. Failure to remit payment may result in the forfeiture of future appointment privileges.

Exceptions: In exceptional circumstances, such as emergencies or unforeseen events, we may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.
